SiRealism does not accept returns, refunds or cancellations.
However, if you have received a damaged item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org no more than 2-3 days after delivery, please ensure you send us photos as proof so we can approve and process your return.
In the instance of a wrong product being sent to you, we would be happy to replace it with the correct product depending on stock and availability within a fortnight.
You must contact us within a maximum of 2-3 days after delivery to ensure your correct order reaches you.
You will not be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item.
You will receive a response from us with further details once you contact us.
REFUNDS (only applicable on damaged products)
Once your return is received and checked, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the returned order received.
Once we have received and approved your return, you will be notified via email.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account.
You could also contact your credit card company and ask about the processing time of your refund, it usually takes some time for the refund to reflect in your account.

SHIPPING RETURNED ITEM
We will share our return address and all details with you once you contact us via email.
We will be arranging and setting up the return on our end for you and the pick-up will be made only from the same address it was delivered to.
In case of any address changes, you will have to bear the shipping and handling costs.
